Electronics technician for industrial engineering (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Carrying out repair work
- Analyzing the causes of faults and malfunctions in electrical/electronic systems

Human Resources Manager (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Responsibility for all aspects of human resources management—from recruitment and employee development to termination
- Advising and supporting the executive board and senior management on all HR-related matters
- Ensuring compliance with labor, social security, and collective bargaining regulations
- Ongoing development and implementation of a forward-looking human resources strategy

Your profile

As a cutting machine operator (m/f/d), you will manufacture components for machines, among other things. To do this, you will work with CNC-controlled milling, turning and grinding machines.
You enter the production parameters into the machines or retrieve programs from the machine memory & modify them if necessary.
You monitor the machining processes, remove the finished workpieces and check whether the dimensions and surface quality meet the specifications.

During the 3.5 years of your vocational training, you will learn how to process metals and precisely implement technical drawings. You also finish
punching tools and use CNC-controlled machines, which you program yourself, among other things.
You assemble individual components into complete assemblies and
check compliance with the dimensions using measuring and testing equipment - up to and including
thousandths of a millimeter.
