Applications via the application form

If you apply using our application form, we will process the personal data you enter, as well as the application documents you voluntarily submit, in order to process your application, communicate with you, and make a decision regarding the establishment of an employment relationship. The form includes three optional upload fields. You can upload one file at a time in PDF, JPG, JPEG, or PNG format, with a maximum size of 5 MB per file. Use of the upload fields is optional.

We use Contact Form 7 to process the application form. Uploaded files are temporarily processed and cached on the web server to facilitate transmission; they are then sent as email attachments to our Human Resources department and subsequently removed from the temporary upload directory. WordPress is not designed to permanently store form submissions or application documents. The application data and attachments sent via email will be processed in the designated email inbox and, if necessary, in the relevant internal filing systems for the purpose of reviewing your application. Access is granted only to authorized individuals involved in the application process.

Data is processed solely for the purposes of the application process. The legal basis is Section 26, para.
